Is it possible to admire the products somewhere?
Because we only sell online there is no shop or showroom, though you can see all the products on our website in detail.
How much do I have to pay?
All prices visible on our webshop are always VAT included per article. When costs need to be paid namely under €60, you will be clearly informed before you get your order confirmed. When your order is higher than €60, then we send your package FREE to addresses in Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg.
What if a product is not in stock?
Most of our products we have in stock and can be delivered immediately from our stock. When you click on the desired product you'll see the product page, there you can see whether the product is available. "in stock" or "out of stock".
If our stock temporarily is exhausted, you can automatically submit an application in order to be notified when the item is back in stock. Or you can send an email and then we can inform you by email when the item is back available.
How much are the shipping costs?
When your order is above €60 your package will be sent for free to Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxemburg. For orders under €60, you pay a shipping cost. These costs depend on the size and weight of your package. We try to send your order to the best possible rates of the moment. So we make shopping from home extra cheap and fun! Just think of the high gasoline prices, parking fees, traffic jams and your precious time!
Great treasures works with Bpost to send parcels in mailbox postsize.
For sending larger parcels and foreign parcels, Great Treasures works with the parcels service DPD or Bpost.

When can I expect my order?
When you ordering before 15h, and pay via the Ogone online payment platform, we ensure that your package is sent the same working day. You will receive your package in Belgium and Netherlands 1 to 2 days after receiving your payment. When you choose Pickup delivery in a DPD parcel shop (collection point) then we also deliver on Saturday.
When you choose to make your payment by bank transfer then we are waiting for the payment before sending. Once this has been received on the account we send you your good. This transfer can take 1-3 working days before the payment was made, depending on the bank.
Will I be kept informed of the time of delivery?
DPD always informs you in advance about the delivery of your package. If that day doesn't suite you ... No problem, you can change your delivery:
- Take out in a Pickup parcel shop nearby
- Deliver on another day
- Deliver to a different address
- Drop in a secure location
On the day itself, you will be informed by email or sms about the epoch of 1 hour in which your package will arrive.
What if I'm not at home at the time of delivery?
Don't panick! Your package is to a Pickup parcel shop in your neighborhood. This way you have your package as soon as possible in your property and you can choose when you go get it. The DPD driver will leave a notice in your mailbox with specifying the address of the Pickup parcel shop and time from which you can pick up the package. You get from DPD also an e-mail message when the package has arrived in the Pickup parcel shop.
A Take your ID when you go pick up your package. You get 7 days time to get te package, afther 7 dayd this will be sent back to sender.
On www.dpd.be you can check the status of your package and you can find more information about our Pickup parcel shops (locations, opening hours ...).
How will my order be delivered?
All ordered packages at great treasures for Belgium or foreign country's will be sent directly at your home with DPD courier service or will be delivered by one of the DPD-partners, or in a DPD Parcel Shop Pickup is prepared for collection. Mailbo post packages will be sent via Bpost.
What if I am not at home during the day?
You can choose that your order must be delivered to a different address, at the neighbours, at work or in a DPD Parcel shop delivery Pickup point in your neighborhood. Here you can see the opening hours of the DPD Parcel shop Pickup pick up and this at a time that suits you (also on Saturdays and sometimes even on Sunday morning). With 1500 Pickup parcel shops in the Benelux, we are always nearby. During the checkout process you can choose this option and you automatically find the nearest parcel shop near you.
If you choose delivery at home and you're not at home and is also not possible delivery to the neighbors? Then we do our very best to the package to you as soon as possible. We will inform you in detail via a message that the driver for you leave behind.
Can I send a package directly as a gift?
Yes, this certainly can. During the orderprocess you can see the name and specify the delivery address of the person you want.
Can I check the status of my order?
For sure! After confirming your order and online payment, you will receive an email of great treasures, including a detailed overview of your order and a track and tracenummer. By the DPD website www.dpd.be, you can follow your package with your tracking number.
There is a problem with my order, what must I do?
When you notice that there is something broken in your delivery, you can contact us within 24 hours at the following number + 32 476 54 38 90 or by email: email@example.com.
You can return the package, after a check up of the item we will do what is necessary to replace the product.

Great treasures is not obliged to fulfill any obligation to the customer if it is prevented by force majeure. Force majeure is understood in any case serious disturbances at great treasures and transport business stagnation.
